EMERGENCY on Saturday NightDidn't know who to call so I got on Google and started calling HVAC companies who advertised Open 24 Hours. All the AI Assistants who answered could schedule me next week, during normal business hours - NOT within 24 Hours! I just kept hanging up on the AIs until I reached Cool Breeze who uses an answering service with a real live person. The gal was so nice and understanding and had Kyle at my house within 30 mins.Turned out to be dead batteries in the thermostat. Now I know...While there he took a look at the filter and the heating unit and explained some things based on the previous owner's notes.I appreciated the education and time spent. I paid $134 for an emergecny housecall which I felt was reasonable.
