I purchased and installed a Lennox furnace at my house through Cozy World, as part of the Costco HVAC purchase program. The customer service offered by Cecilia was amazing- prompt and courteous. The price offered to me was competitive and the Costco offer of $750 in cashback was attractive. The technician Saeed who installed the furnace was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I liked his attention to details on the neat installation carried out. The only suggestion I have is to keep customers informed in case there is delay in the appointment. My appointment was at 2 pm but the technicians showed up at 5 pm. I had to keep on calling to get updates on the status.

The level of diligence and attention to detail is absolutely astonishing. You rarely see this sort of pride of workmanship these days. They were very friendly, professional, and efficient all throughout. They took my requests and input into account when deciding where to route piping etc to maximize available space. I checked with multiple contractors and am very glad I chose Cozy World. The team is excellent. Farhad was great to work with during the consultation—communication was fast and clear. Cecilia provided outstanding support. I was pleasantly surprised by her level of professionalism and customer service. Both of them helped me navigate the world of rebates and loans, and were extremely helpful from start to finish. Saeed did a brilliant job with the installation. He explained everything he was doing, double-checked his work, and added silicone to every seal. He refused to leave until the job was done perfectly. Highly recommend.
