Steven and Shamoon were amazing. They came to install our furnace and showed up exactly on time. They were very polite and did an excellent job from start to finish—truly a pleasure to have working in our home.They treated our house like it was their own, laying down drop sheets throughout the areas they were working in and being extremely careful with the walls, even though the space was very tight and difficult to move through.They cleaned up everything and left the area even better than it was before they arrived. We had a technician from another company come out to fix our heat, and he didn’t end up doing anything other than telling us we needed to replace our furnace and that repairs would be very expensive. We then called Econoair, and their technician came out at 11 PM and was an absolute gentleman. He quickly found that a few wires were loose, fixed the issue, and got our heat working right away. Very honest, professional, and knowledgeable. Amazing company with great people highly recommend Econoair!
We had a furnace emergency late at night and honestly didn’t expect anyone to come out, but Econoair showed up around 11:30 PM and got our furnace working again. From start to finish they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and calm, even that late at night.You can immediately tell they are very experienced—they diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and had the heat back on without trying to upsell or rush the job. The technician was respectful, clean, and took the time to make sure everything was running properly before leaving.It’s hard to find companies that care this much, especially after hours. It was the coldest day of the year and a few other companies wouldn’t even come out. Econoair did. Dani came out right away and got the heat working again for my 82 yearoldgrandma. He was professional, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything in a way we could understand and didn’t rush the job.
