We can't thank enough all the staff at V & P Enterprises! Our Keeprite furnace broke down 2 days ago after almost 16 yrs. I called ICP who owns Keeprite and I asked them for the top tier dealer. They were the first on the ICP list of local dealers. And since Keeprite Furnaces have amazing warranty packages we wanted to call whom they recommended as an Elite Carrier ICP dealer! I called and spoke to Syd who helped me a lot and transferred me to Anthony. After talking to him he was able to do a consultation at our home within 2 hrs of the call! He gave us many great options and we chose one that best suited our needs. It was nice to have more than 1 option. After agreeing for a new furnace and air cleaner, they were able to fit us in the next day installation!! This was amazing given it's winter and we needed a furnace asap! Anthony arrived with 2 of his other great staff Nick and Hamid. Both Nick and Hamid were awesome, they both did a great installation of everything, they even put out the red carpet to help keep the area clean! We are very impressed with all the staff we dealt with here, all of them are friendly and knowledgeable. Please keep in mind today was a snow storm and knowing how urgent we needed a new furnace they went above and beyond! I will definitely recommend V & P Enterprises to all my family and friends and can't thank them enough for all their help now that we have heat! When it comes time to replace a furnace or ac unit there are several things I look for: 1. A competitive price; 2. Someone who knows what type of system will work best and not try to sell me the most expensive system; 3. Someone who is willing to take the time to answer all my questions and provide me with good advice; and 4. Installers who are neat, respectful and know what they're doing. V&P gets 5 stars in each of these categories. V&P installed our heating and air conditioning systems when our home was built 16 years ago. We trusted them to service our units over the years. And we trusted them to replace our two furnaces and two ac units this fall. It wasn't a straightforward job because one of our furnaces is in our attic and some exhaust pipes that were running from both furnaces inside our walls needed to be replaced. But V&P did a great job. I really couldn't have asked for anything more and would recommend V&P without hesitation.
