CMS is professional, knowledgeable, and quick to the rescue. When my old furnace died in the night, I called CMS at 8am and had a new furnace by end of the day. The two technicians they sent are my heros.
They’ve done duct work and replaced an AC at our house and the entire team is fantastic to work with. Eddie, Mike, Tyler, Blake, and Dave were all very professional in our home and Kayla is fantastic to work with over phone and email.
Extremely happy with CMS and their ability to get my residential air going again. Dave who came out to diagnose and fix the AC had 50 years of experience! He had an old school mechanic vibe and explained things in an easy to understand method to ensure that I knew what had to be done and why. Kayla also did a great job with scheduling on the phone.Response time was same day, price was fair, and service was great. Highly recommended.
DR.Eddie, that’s what I called him came to the rescue. My furnace was sick.??He was so informative and efficient. We called the company and they responded so quick. They were at my house within an hour. He was able to repair it the same day. He was very thorough and gave great advice to be able to have longevity with my heating system. I would definitely recommend this company. I’m a lifetime customer.
