Woke up at 2:30 a.m. freezing. My house was 65 degrees. The furnace wouldn't come on & it's right at the end of its life expectancy. I called Gilly's and a serviceman called me back in less than a minute. He had me check my fairly new thermostat which wasn't on either & had me put new batteries in it. Thank God that was all it was & he didn't' charge me.
Quick response, nice folks, and honest! Fixed my issue on a Saturday night and got my house cooled down!!!I realized tonight that my house wasn’t cooling down and that my outdoor unit wasn’t turning on.I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find someone to make a service call past 7pm on a Saturday. But Matt called me back within a few minutes and said he would be able to make it out in less than an hour.Sure enough, he showed up on time! He diagnosed my issue quickly and was able to fix it for me right there. Super nice and honest guy!!! I appreciated that she showed me what the problem was and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. He was kind and efficient.I read a bunch of reviews when I need something fixed at home to make sure I call the right people. So, I’m leaving one of my own to help out the next person who finds themself in my situation!
I have a mobile home furnace and had been told by a couple other businesses that they will not perform any work on mobile home furnaces which put me into a bit of a worrisome slump.Thankfully, I contacted Gilley's and they stated that they had no issue with performing work on mobile home furnaces and would be happy to help with my issue, which was the combustion air switch motor dying out on me! I only had to wait a day for an appointment which was super convenient especially with the winter season coming up fast!Justin was the servicer for my furnace and he was incredibly professional, super polite and fun to chat with while he tackled looking over and promptly fixing the issue! We were both thankful and impressed that the repair was quick and easy with no hassle. Gilley's is also incredibly affordable with zero surprise charges whatsoever which is a huge plus! Matt and Jorge installed our new furnace on Nov 30, 2023. My husband said they were very courteous and efficient They cleaned up the area after they finished the job and gave helpful advice.
