Absolutely fantastic service!! I woke up to my furnace blowing cold air on a chilly winter morning. The person I spoke to on the after hours line was so friendly and reassuring that someone would call me as soon as the office opened. I received the call as expected and they arranged service in the afternoon. When I expressed my concerns about being very sensitive to the cold and having to work from home, she went above and beyond to get a tech out earlier. He arrived right on time and knew exactly what the issue was. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He advised me on a maintenance plan to prevent future issues. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are kind, compassionate, and reliable. They will be getting all my future business and referrals.
Outstanding service - highly recommend!After repeated issues and unhelpful visits from another company (Allen heating & cooling), I called Rockford Heating and Air Conditioning, and the difference was incredible. Nick was the technician who came out - he was prompt, professional, and took the time to actually investigate the problem.He removed the cover, did a proper inspection, and immediately found the real issue: dirty coils. A simple fix, but something the other company missed entirely after two visits.Nick was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. Our blower unit failed this evening the night before 4th of July. Faced with 4 days of 90 degree temps we called the 24 line and within 15 minutes we had a tech at the house. The 24 hour line operator was easy to talk to and quick to get all the necessary information. The tech was professional, intelligent, and friendly and installed a new motor very quickly. My family will now be comfortable and be able to enjoy the holiday.
