Finding a qualified service technician/company to service my mini split in South Lake Tahoe has been a challenge. Big Mountain and the technician Aaron solved that issue with one phone call. The office staff I spoke to was very polite and accommodating, and the service person, Brandon, was extremely professional, making sure to communicate everything that was done at the end of the job, all the while being friendly and respectful of the property.
