Recently needed service heat pump water heater, Semi-annual hvac inspection and service. Clarke and Rush Mechanical different specialists for each of these. Getting the heat pump to behave required several hours and consultation with off-site manufacturer. Alan, the plumber, took the time to explain everything that he needed to do and showed me how to adjust the thermometer settings. Thor serviced our HVAC system. He took photos and explained all he did. Neat, very pleasant, and thorough. Fees for each were very reasonable.

Called for plumbing issues. Repair/replace hot water spigot. fix leak. Scheduled appointment with Stan. Arrived when scheduled. Determined a new part was needed. Scheduled for next day - again arrived as promised, replaced part and all is well. I have been using Clark & Rush for many years for heating & air & plumbing. Always do more than expected.

I have previously replaced two heating and air-conditioning systems through other companies before my recent installation with Clarke & Rush. I intentionally waited nearly a month after the installation to ensure everything performed as expected before sharing my experience. The installation crew arrived promptly and demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the process. All technicians wore disposable shoe covers (ShuBee) to protect my home and carefully covered the work areas with floor protection. At the end of each day, they thoroughly cleaned any areas that may have been missed. Every member of the team was courteous, respectful, and kind to one another and to me. Once the job was complete, they said their goodbyes and left my home exactly as they found it. The entire team worked together seamlessly, and it truly felt like they were a family; one that I felt a part of during the project. It is rare to feel such trust and familiarity in such a short time. Clarke & Rush was referred to me by my friend Gary, and I am extremely grateful for that recommendation. Stanley and Abel came out and installed a tankless hot water heater with a recirculating pump. They were professional, polite, methodical, and very thorough from the demolition to the installation, and follow up. They gave us complete confidence in their ability in safely replacing and rerouting the existing gas lines with new ones. The gas lines, water lines, and vent pipes were installed in a neat and professional look that benefits the small space as well as the aesthetics. They had to remove the old water heater that stood on an elevated platform. Because it was installed almost 25 years ago, parts were corroded and were difficult to dismantle. They did a great job in reducing the amount of wall board that was affected. They cleaned up the very messy debris of demolition leaving almost no trace. They finished the job by painting the vent pipe all white covering the blue glue that was used to adhere the PVC pipe. All in all, we could not have asked for a better job, or more jovial persons. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Clarke & Rush, thanks to the amazing team of Billy, Jesus, Ryan, and Rusty. From the very beginning, they showed exceptional professionalism, responsibility, and teamwork. They arrived early—around 7 a.m.—and worked nonstop until 2:30 p.m. Their coordination and clear division of tasks made the entire installation process smooth and efficient. Even more impressive, they came back the next day not only to finish the remaining work but also to thoroughly clean up the area. After everything was completed, they spent an extra 30 minutes patiently walking me through how to operate and maintain the new system, answering all of my questions in detail. Their dedication and positive attitude truly made a big impression on us. We felt very comfortable and happy having them in our home for two full days.
