Mr. Charles was extremely fast and knowledgeable. He responded quickly on a Sunday, which I really appreciated. He diagnosed and troubleshot the issue right away and fixed it on the spot. It turned out to be a blown fuse, and he explained that this is a common failure with Carrier units. Very prompt, professional, and clearly knows his stuff. I’m super satisfied with the service and would absolutely recommend him.

Charles really is an amazing HVAC technician along with the other guy he had with him. We were hearing a strange noise coming from our air conditioner and it turned out to be our blower motor and other part that went bad. We are so grateful for Charles to come out immediately and replace it. Charles prevented a major issue from happening costing thousands more in parts. I’ve used Charles 3 times now, and he is always honest and ready to get to work. Honestly is so important these days since most other companies always lie to you. Charles will never lie to you.
