My AC system is a new one, still under warranty and stopped working.ABC Air sent a technician right after we report the issue. It was fixed the same day.
Mark the technician was very professional and courteous. He suggested that I should clean out drain with plain hot water and not add vinegar or Clorox because the vapors could damage coils in unit.
Aaron is the best! I had a routine maintenance for our Daikin AC system "Which is the best!" Aaron is thorough and flushed the system, adjusted some of the controls for humidity and my AC is working perfectly. Thanks again Aaron!
Very satisfied with this service and company. I called them on Monday and by 1pm I had my air condition working again. My home warranty failed me and I cancelled. I will definitely call them again. They are reliable, prompt and the technicians are awesome. Will definitely recommend them to any of my neighbors who need this type of service.
Edit, in response to their response. I inquired about an issue that was due to the dampeners but the tech did not tell me this and I did not know at the time. I figured this out in my own. And no other company had done any work other than check the system. They are a Daikin pro certified company and on a list through Daikin’s website which ABC is not. I also asked the same tech of an estimate for new duct work and he blew me off and said I did not need new ductwork even though they were nearly twenty years old. As for the electrical none of your guys mentioned this issue to me. They must have seen it like this and should have made me aware of the issue if they were not the ones that did it themselves. Those lines go to the system. They had to work with them.I’ve never had a worse experience with another company! I just had a technician out for a call and he went back to his truck to call the office and drove off without explanation or anyone calling me from the office. What kind of service is that??We had this system installed two years ago and have had nothing but trouble with service from day one.The “top technician” that came out here several times would talk over me and not let me explain my concerns. He would explain things in a way that was hard to understand and make me feel as if my inexperience was the issue and not the actual problem at hand. They sent him I think three times for the same issue and he treated me the same every time.I asked him for an estimate for new ductwork and he blew that off and said I didn’t need it. (The duct work is nearly 20 years old now)You can see in the pictures and video what type of install they did and they refuse to even try to make it right. And during one of the terrible service calls the label was a particularly inconvenient burn mark where any other technician would need to read pertinent information for the purpose of servicing it. And what is with the wire nuts!?!? I haven’t needed to open that box until now. Thankfully nothing has caught on fire!But what do they care? There is so much business for this in Florida that it doesn’t matter to them if I have to pay someone else to make their shotty job right.
