Highly recommend Upgrade! Victor was very knowledgeable about a variety of HVAC products, and we are very pleased with the results of the install. Even though we had a lot of questions, he took the time to answer them and provide us with multiple options. Out of every company we spoke with, Upgrade was the most personable, and they were upfront about the cost for the equipment and labor. We felt this made them the most reliable. Definitely very happy with our new system!

Victor was wonderful. He came out to check why my heater was not running. He did a lot of testing and found the heating system was in working order. Somehow after he left, I tried to turn on the heat and no heat would come on. I called Victor again. He came back to my house to check and found paper stuck in a vent blocking airflow so the heater couldn't run.
After all that work, he charged me nothing because he said he didn't have to replace anything. He was so honest and did not try to sell me stuffs. I definitely will call Victor for my future HVAC works. Since there is no box showing $0 for the question: "How much did you pay?", I clicked the box showing the range of $1-100. Thanks very much Victor for your honesty and integrity.

The best HVAC company of I received the service among the family owned Heating and Cooling Company in the South Bay while I have lived in San Jose for about 40 years. The excellent work from the technicians and the trusty and detail explanation from the owner for resolving the heat loss concern from the good condition of my furnace. The great supervisory contact from the owner to the technicians until the job completion. I strongly suggest to have an appointment with the Upgrade Home Services for inspecting and estimating cost of fixing your HVAC problem before the final selection among HVAC companies in the South Bay.

Victor Jr and Victor Sr provided a great price and an excellent service for my recent furnace installation. They were very communicative and my questions and concerns got answered promptly. We ran into a problem when the new furnace had a manufacturing defect when unpacked. Victor got a replacement picked up the very next business day and got it installed before noon! I was impressed by their customer orientation. Thank you!
