Highly recommend Upgrade! Victor was very knowledgeable about a variety of HVAC products, and we are very pleased with the results of the install. Even though we had a lot of questions, he took the time to answer them and provide us with multiple options. Out of every company we spoke with, Upgrade was the most personable, and they were upfront about the cost for the equipment and labor. We felt this made them the most reliable. Victor was wonderful. He came out to check why my heater was not running. He did a lot of testing and found the heating system was in working order. Somehow after he left, I tried to turn on the heat and no heat would come on. I called Victor again. He came back to my house to check and found paper stuck in a vent blocking airflow so the heater couldn't run.After all that work, he charged me nothing because he said he didn't have to replace anything. He was so honest and did not try to sell me stuffs. I definitely will call Victor for my future HVAC works.
