He was very knowledgeable, (Even with my dinosaur of an AC unit) and he wasn't trying to underplay or overplay the problem. He got it fixed in less than an hour and the house is already cooling off. He was able to give me a parts and labor warranty for 3 years, and a parts warranty for lifetime. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend this company.

I was referred to Jeremy by a friend and could not be more grateful. I called Jeremy and he was very professionally, honest about when he could complete the job, and always talked about his number one priority of providing quality service. My wife called Active Air on June 30th because our 4-year old air conditioner wasn't working right. Jeremy showed up the next day, July 1st. The problem was a simple fix that only took about 20 minutes and he did it free of charge! It's been a little over a week now and every day the temperature has been over 100°F, but I'm chillin' with the house at a comfortable 75°F. Thank you so much, Active Air!
