Patriot is a good, honest family owned business. Steve and Mike replaced our entire 23 year old Ac/heating system. They were thorough, diligent, professional and nice. They explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all our questions. We were very impressed by their work and would strongly recommend them. Patriot is a great company with great people. I reached out to Patriot Heating & Air when our heater stopped working on a very cold Saturday morning. Steve came to help us within an hour and worked tirelessly to problem solve and diagnose the issue. Despite our very old unit presenting problem, after problem, Steve and Mike tried their best to present us with the most reasonable repair options. We ended up installing a brand new package HVAC unit and we feel like we made the best, and most fully-informed decision, for our home. I cannot recommend their company enough, we feel so fortunate to have found them!!
We had an original, 47 year old A/C unit in our home. It technically functioned, but didn't really do anything and cost tons to run. We decided to replace the heating/ac unit and got some quotes.I was very impressed with Steve from Patriot. We awarded them the job on Thursday evening, and they started the next day, finishing up on Saturday morning. What a difference. We have improved cooling and air flow from the unit they recommended.The installation went smoothly. I'm no expert, but the job looks great and they cleaned up all the installation mess, including hauling away our old equipment.This is a family owned business. We couldn't be happier with the entire process.
