I was on meetings for work when Verona came over, that was my fault, but he was able to diagnose and fix my issue without me ever getting off my call.

Last summer, during a brutal 115° heatwave, my old air conditioner couldn’t keep up. I resorted to a makeshift cooling system using ice, a fan, and a styrofoam cooler. It definitely not something I wanted to repeat. This year, I called Verona to take a look at my 30-year-old HVAC system, which had probably never been maintained. Vahe, the technician who came out, immediately impressed me. The first thing he asked was what my expectations were. That simple question put us on the same page from the start. He then thoroughly inspected both the air conditioner and heater and walked me through the situation with honesty and clarity. Given the system’s age and the phase-out of older refrigerants in California, Vahe explained that recharging it wasn’t a viable option. But what stood out to me most was that he didn’t try to push the most expensive solution—he worked within my budget and came up with three options that made sense for me. When Vahe and his team came to install the new system (on a 95° day no less!), they were efficient, respectful, and organized. Despite the heat, they worked quickly and with great care. Vahe went the extra mile to make sure everything was set up properly and that I understood how to use it. What really struck me was when, mid-install, my neighbor called asking for help with her own broken HV/AC system. Vahe made time to schedule her for the very next day. That kind of responsiveness and integrity is rare. Now, I have a system that works beautifully it maintains a consistent temperature, and I can actually look forward to summer this year. There’s a big difference between quality of product . The old system was purchased and installed by the home builder. It checked the box but wasn’t a quality system. It looks like it’s made out of tinfoil and fiberglass. You can also see where the old system was leaking The new Lenox system was chosen by myself and a professional HV/AC installer Vahe, who corrected many of the errors from the builders.
