Called and had them come to my house to put in a new unit and a mini split in and they were fantastic. Would recommend to anyone needing ac work done! They have my business!
We had a great experience with Old Coast. They put us on their schedule quickly and were very pleasant to deal with. The technician, Peyton, was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. The service was efficient and high quality. We definitely recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work.
We called for service a few weeks ago as our heat went out, we are senior citizens. First trip, we were told it was a Freon leak but they would have to come back the next day to tell us where the leak was, that trip was $225. The next day, a different tech came out & said he found the leak but he would have to send another tech out to repair the leak, trip #2 was $450. Trip #3, a tech came out to do the repair & that was $2700. A total of almost $3400. We talked to someone we know in Atl in the business that said we were way overcharged. The integrity of this company is questionable.
Zach and his team have done maintenance and repairs on my rental properties and have always done a great job. Highly recommend them.
Old Coast was on time. They completed their work on our system in a timely manner. I cannot that everyone at Old Coast enough.Within two days following hurricane Helene; Zack, Roy, and their teams were quickly onsite to help me replace two ai conditioners which were completely destroyed. I would highly recommend Old Coast for all of your HVAC needs.
