Not a recommened company at all. This company installed an oversized furnace in the winter of 2017 or 2018 in my father's home. My father had called about issues to the company over the years and different technicians and all had done changes to the thermostat or said it was one component or another. Up until November as of 2023 we had a technician named Luis who actually knew what was wrong with the furnance. He had stated that the circumference of the vents were four inches instead of 6 inches which in turn caused the furnace to overheat and shut off onced it reached stage 2. He spoke with his boss Corey, instructing to keep furnance at stage 1. I was informed by Luis that in the Summer of 2024, they ( the company would reach out switch out the furnace). I had called the number listed on the Google and left various voicemails for well over a year and yet no response.

We submitted a service request via AHS on 9/10 and were notified Siouxland Heating and Cooling would reach out to us within 24 business hours. We did not receive a call within that timeframe, but chalked it up as something on AHS' end.

Nonetheless, we have specifically called Siouxland Heating and Cooling on three separate occasions (along with two voicemails) just last week and have not received a response. At this point, we'd like to move on but are bound to this company for the time being. I hope those who are submitting private/personal requests (not through a home warranty) are receiving better service.
