Jackie, and her wonderful staff, at Thorson Heating & Air, responded immediately to our call for service, after our furnace broke down on a very cold, SD, January day. Service technician, Zach, was able to diagnose and quickly resolve the issue(s) our furnace was having. After looking at our options Jackie and Zach provided, we decided on purchasing a new furnace to replace the broken down, old furnace. Thorson provided space heaters to keep our house warm, until our new furnace was installed the following morning, by Zach and Zane. When my wife and I returned home from work on the day of installation, our new thermostat and furnace was pumping out the heat; working efficiently. Thank you Jackie, Zach, Zane, and Thorson staff for your efficiency and prompt service.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jackie at Goldman Sachs 10KSB business program. Jackie and her crew are extremely knowledgeable and focused on education, service and customer service. I would highly recommend based on Jackie’s integrity and work ethic that I observed while in classes with her. Support a hard working local South Dakota small business when you work with this crew!!!
