Paid 13,000 dollars to replace my entire system just for my ceiling to cave in 3 weeks later from a leak. Called the company and they said it's not their problem and to call a plumber. They didn't even come out.So we got a plumber out, they poured bleach down the line and everything was good. They said the fact that the previous company did an instal in that condition indicates that they either do not care, or that they are not well trained and shouldn't be performing hvac installs. They said it was likely leaking within hours after install. I paid extra to have new pipe work installed just in case.48 hours later and the ac is still leaking. We called this company again and this time he said to just turn off our ac in the middle of the hottest part of the summer for 4 days and then he would come out. He suggested that we could "just leave". Yes, after spending 13,000 on an ac system and a couple grand for pluming, let me just take me and my wife and our 2 dogs and 2 cats and go find a place to rent for 4 days. Easy peasy.Meanwhile there is a gaping hole in my ceiling still dripping water into my house.I really wanted to give Jason a chance. But this has been just the worst experience. And all he has to say is it is our fault because he said we should get a plumber. Yes Jason, you did say that. Almost casually. You didn't say my system was not safe to run from day one. You didn't say it was serious. You didn't say I didn't have time to recoup the 13,000 I spent on the system and that I should have taken out a loan or my house would be destroyed.Update as of 11/19/2025: our system is now less than 3 years old and completely went out. I hired a different company to take a look at it and they basically said whoever installed the equipment in the attic had no idea what they were doing. He said in his 35 years of HVAC he's never seen anything like it. He was so impressed he even took pictures to show his employees. Fortunately he was able to fix it pretty easily. He said it was fortunate the improper install didn't do more damage. Anyway, this company's work is just the gift that keeps on giving.
This company was amazing. My air condition unit went out on a Monday and we were told by our warranty company they couldn’t find anyone until the following Wednesday. We canceled that and someone else picked it up and was supposed to come the Friday and they were a no show. Back to waiting in a hot house with 2 kids we were back on the warranty companies waiting list. Now this company picked it up on a Sunday at 1 pm and they were out at our house by 4:30 pm. The found the issue and fixed the problem within about 10-15 minutes. I wish the warranty company would have found them in the first place because they provided exceptional service. Sorry I am bad with names, but the guy was extremely nice and helpful. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about their customers this is the place to go. Thank you again!
It was a great experience we called them first and they couldn’t get the part locally they had to order it and they placed two small units until we would receive the part. Well my husband thought we had to wait to long so he called them and told them we didn’t need their services. So they picked up there units and kindly left. My husband called another company. They were not personally involved they just wanted the work they didn’t offer no relief like Central Heating A/C Repairs offered. And we had to wait longer so my husband called this company back and it took them all but 20 minutes to get our A/C working. So EXCELLENT customer service.
