Can't recommend enough. Had an issue, called and Alex was able to come out the same day. While he was addressing the issue, he also noticed something else that was wrong with our system and contributing to the same overarching problem. We have had our AC system serviced for this very same issue in the past, and they never took the time to notice this one detail that was starring them in the face (and they've been up there in our attic a couple of times in the past few years). Alex also didn't offer the quick and easy fix to our issue, but rather offered a more thorough repair that would work best for the long-term, and explained the reasoning behind the repair. Also, as a bonus, I didn't get a separate multi-thousand dollar quote for work that he 'thought' we needed. Alex is obviously a guy that takes pride in his work and it really shows through his attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and thoroughness when completing the job.

We had a great experience with Climate Restoration Air Conditioning and Heating, especially our technician, Alex. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He was able to clearly explain why the vents in my sons’ rooms weren’t blowing as much air as the rest of the house — something I’ve asked two other AC companies about before and never got an honest answer.

Alex showed me pictures of everything he was seeing and took the time to explain the issue and the solution before doing any work. I really appreciated the transparency and honesty. It’s refreshing to work with a company that takes the time to educate their customers instead of just rushing through the job.

Hurricane Ida killed my a/c condenser by blowing it off of its stand which is located on the roof of my house. Temperatures inside of my home were over 90 degrees, rendering it uninhabitable. I went to Yelp and made a request for an a/c technician. Within a half hour, Alex replied to request and said that he would be at my house in an hour, which he was. He analyzed my system, made a phone call to check for parts availability and gave me an estimate. This was a Friday and he said that he would be able to come back Monday morning. I agreed to the price and he returned Monday with an assistant and by early that afternoon, my house was liveable again.
Alex is one of the best service providers that I have ever met. He is personable, intelligent and trustworthy.
I, without reservation, highly recommend Climate Restoration!
