Can't recommend enough. Had an issue, called and Alex was able to come out the same day. While he was addressing the issue, he also noticed something else that was wrong with our system and contributing to the same overarching problem. We have had our AC system serviced for this very same issue in the past, and they never took the time to notice this one detail that was starring them in the face (and they've been up there in our attic a couple of times in the past few years). Alex also didn't offer the quick and easy fix to our issue, but rather offered a more thorough repair that would work best for the long-term, and explained the reasoning behind the repair. Also, as a bonus, I didn't get a separate multi-thousand dollar quote for work that he 'thought' we needed. Alex is obviously a guy that takes pride in his work and it really shows through his attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and thoroughness when completing the job.

Alex, has been to my house twice in the past month. Both times he responded the same day, diagnosed the problem, took the time to explain to me what the issue was and fixed it. Excellent service - timely, knowledgeable, attention to detail, friendly and considerate. I definitely recommend!
Hurricane Ida killed my a/c condenser by blowing it off of its stand which is located on the roof of my house. Temperatures inside of my home were over 90 degrees, rendering it uninhabitable. I went to Yelp and made a request for an a/c technician. Within a half hour, Alex replied to request and said that he would be at my house in an hour, which he was. He analyzed my system, made a phone call to check for parts availability and gave me an estimate. This was a Friday and he said that he would be able to come back Monday morning. I agreed to the price and he returned Monday with an assistant and by early that afternoon, my house was liveable again.Alex is one of the best service providers that I have ever met. He is personable, intelligent and trustworthy.I, without reservation, highly recommend Climate Restoration!
