Darrin & Jason troubleshooted & diagnosed the issue with my furnace in a very timely manner ! Ordered the part needed & returned to install it & test ran the furnace to assure it was repaired before leaving ! I only use Reeds Heating & Air for my home for the best service possible ! I've had them out several times in the last several years & they always take care of business in repairing the malfunction the first time ! Darrin is a great guy! My nerves rattled and scared to death from furnace blower fan sounding like bongo drums being beaten. Im terrified to run the heat! Appointment Sunday morning at 730. Blizzard conditions. I called and texted five times canceling Appointment for his safety. He didn't hear it....he drove across towing the blizzard. to the help me anyway. That's dedication!! I even learned he left his Christmas night to to help someone! That's caring for customers! He's my new furnace dude without a doubt!! I can my shattered nerves now knowing im safe and good go! Thanks Reed's!!!!!
I’m so thankful for Darrin Reed for fixing my furnace. They are amazing people with very reasonable prices. He came out and looked at my furnace last night and had it fixed today literally the day before thanksgiving. I will definitely be calling them again if I need work done. Thank you so much
Darrin was great to work with. He performed maintenance on our outside AC unit, but it was on its way out. He was then able to replace our heating and AC at a very reasonable price. He was even able to work with our tough schedule (we had just had our first child) and was great with our pets as well. We knew we were in good hands with Reed's Heating and Air. 10/10 rating I recommend him to anyone with HVAC issues. You will be in good hands and he will be very honest about your situation, no BS or trying to upsell stuff you don't need.
I have used this company several times now and they are always on time, courteous, and all around good guys!! They will not sell you something you don't need and their prices are more than affordable. If you are in the Springfield area they are top tier!! I will always use Reed's over any other HVAC company around. These guys are the best!!!
