This company is extremely incompetent. My elderly parents hired Integrity Home Solutions to fix their heating system because it wasn't blowing any hot air. The technician Richard came to the house to assess the a.c. unit and stated that the thermostat is broken. He proceeded to place a new thermostat and charged $375.00. When I stopped by my elderly parents' house, they told me they hired INTEGRITY HOME SOLUTIONS, and the heat was still not working. I called the company to tell them the heat still wasn’t working after my parents paid for it, and they dispatched technician Richard again.Richard came to assess the unit, only to tell me he would need to order parts for $2,300, which would NOT guarantee the heat would work because they wanted me to buy a new unit for $10,000.I asked for just a refund for the thermostat. He told me that I have to speak to his manager, Mike. After multiple phone calls to INTEGRITY HOME SOLUTIONS and days of waiting to get a hold of the manager, I finally got to speak to him. He informed me that out of the $375, only $286 will be returned.I contacted WEST WIND INSULATION, BRIAN & DK, and bless be these gentlemen for fixing the problem for $300. Now they have heat, and the A.C. unit works perfectly. There was no need to purchase a new unit; the total savings were $10,000.I believe this company is a scam. Mike, the manager likes to steal from the elderly, and so does INTEGRITY HOME SOLUTIONS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
UPDATE: Changed my rating after finally getting in touch with someone who listened to my situation, reviewed the case and corrected my invoicing. We had never before had issues with them in the past as they had installed our EV charging station so the below incident surprised me. But customer care Jessica came through and did right by us as a customer. Thank youIntegrity Home Solutions requires either a deposit or full payment up front for the work they quote. I chose to pay the full amount in advance — and that turned out to be a mistake.They came out to replace my tankless water heater. The original quote included running new wiring from my electric panel to the closet where the unit is located, changing the amperage, and installing a specific tankless system.Once onsite, due to limited attic space, they did not do what was quoted. Instead, they installed a completely different tankless system that cost less and only ran about one foot of wiring inside the closet, rather than wiring from the electrical box.Despite the significantly reduced scope of work and lower-cost system, I was still charged the full quoted amount. I asked about a partial refund (which should have been roughly $1,000 less) and was told a manager would contact me.That never happened.About a month later, I called again because:No manager ever reached outI never received my full invoice (only the plumbing invoice — the electrical invoice was never sent)Once again, I was told a manager would contact me. Now it’s been almost another month, and there has still been no call, no refund, and no follow-up.This feels like a very shady business model. If you use this company, do not pay the full amount up front — only pay the deposit. I will not be using Integrity Home Solutions again.
Recently had an issue with my AC. I called Integrity Home Solutions and they sent out a tech (Michael King). Michael was able to determine it was an issue with the R32 sensor (which detects R32 coolant leak). There was no leak but the sensor needed to be replaced. The part would need to be ordered and he would be back to swap it out once it was received by Integrity. Michael said a day or two he would be back. I called the next day (Wednesday) for an update (as I was without AC) and was told they had the part and would swap it out on Friday. This was an issue for me so I called back and spoke to Karen Holmes who was very responsive, she said she would look into it and follow up with me. Michael returned to my home on Thursday and fixed the issue with the new sensor in 15 minutes. My experience with both Michael and Karen were what led me to submitting this review. They were both very pleasant to work with and made my experience with Integrity much better than it otherwise would have been.

****Update*****Ac still not fixed. They have been out 7 times now and flooded my garage.Good times!!!Well, I was hoping that after Bay Area Heating and Cooling was bought out by this company I would start to experience some Integrity and Solutions. Unfortunately, I am even more dissastified and can honestly say I wish it was still owned by Bay Area Heating and Cooling. And that is saying A LOT, because Bay Area was the worst. At least they were until Integrity came along. What a joke. I bought a unit from Bay Area 7 years ago that was nothing but problems. I was given a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Integrity took over the company and assured me they would honor the warranty provided by Bay Area. It's been over a week and I am still without AC. No one at this company knows what's going on. No updates, no clue, and no integrity. You can kiss any solutions goodbye. Anytime I call they tell me the parts have to be ordered from the manufacturer but can't even tell me if they have actually been ordered, when they expect them to be ordered, or if they ever will be ordered. What a complete joke?!?! At least when it was Bay Area they would come out and fix this piece of junk AC system. Go somewhere else. I recommend putting ice in a bucket and making your own swamp cooler before you ever consider using this company!
