Our AC and ductwork needed to be completely replaced, and the team at Total Air exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. Ryan took the time to thoroughly assess our system and clearly explain all of our options, making sure we felt confident in our decision. Within a week, the installation was scheduled and underway. Casey and William spent three days at our home, and their workmanship was outstanding. They were punctual, respectful of our space, and kept us informed every step of the way. Each day, they walked us through their progress and made sure all of our questions were answered. The entire team was knowledgeable, courteous, and truly dedicated to doing the job right. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Total Air to anyone in need of HVAC services.

This was a bad experience. Mostly with the way it was handled. I had them come out to inspect my plenum that they installed and had started to come apart. They quoted me 323 dollars which I thought was a bit high, but then they wanted to add a 99 dollar service fee when I was not told about that. I don't have a problem paying when I'm told ahead of time but not when you are trying to charge me 323 with an additional 99 dollars. So 422+ dollars! Would not call them again! I wanted to get some maintenance done and would have gladly scheduled additional services now they lost me as a customer.

Your Engineer Klajdi was excellent technically and professionally. I found him easy to be around as he was focused, thorough and proactive. He educated me on the status of my Carrier A/C unit and was willing to discuss pros and cons and options. Everyone I encountered within your organization was positive, professional and responsive. Total Air, their technical staff and support staff are excellent people and I highly recommend them.
