Five days ago, on a Sunday evening, during a brutal cold snap, our Heil furnace stopped working (great timing!). I went to the Heil-HVAC website and clicked on “Find a Dealer,” sorted by distance. The first dealer listed was Around the Clock Heating and Cooling (ATC). Google reviews indicated five stars, so I called (it was a Sunday evening, and nobody answered, so I left a message). The next morning (Monday) at 8:50AM, I received a call from Mary Ellen of ATC who indicated that she would try to get a crew to come out later in the day. Sure enough, HVAC Technicians Eric and Austin arrived in the mid-afternoon and spent about an hour troubleshooting the problem. They isolated the malfunction to the gas valve and with my approval contacted their office to order a replacement, expedited. The next day (Tuesday), ATC Technicians Robbie and Austin arrived with the replacement gas valve, installed it, and pressure-checked the system. The furnace is working again! My wife and I deeply appreciate the responsiveness of ATC, their effective communications, professionalism, troubleshooting prowess, and expertise. Their prices were reasonable. Therefore, I highly recommend Around the Clock Heating and Cooling.
