I am not one to usually leave negative reviews but unfortunately felt I needed to share our experience as I have never dealt with such a lack of professionalism or organization in a company. We hired atlas in August to replace and install a new sewage line to our home. After a few weeks with no update when work would begin we called and asked if a permit was required to which they did not know (it was) then a few more weeks went by with no contact when we followed up again we were told there was an issue with the permit application and it needed to be resubmitted. Again a few weeks no contact - work was supposed to begin Sept 25 but we never heard from them or were contacted. After more follow ups finally the work began on October 31. The sewage line replaced and the contractors informed us they could not fill in the (giant) hole in front of our home until the city inspector approved the work - they said this could be a few weeks. Well we rolled into December with no update and I started to follow up again. After only speaking with customer service multiple times I called the city myself and learned that an inspection was as never booked. AKA Atlascare completely forgot about our ongoing work order. At this point I had been calling multiple times over the course of a few weeks and only ever was able to speak to customer service (and while they were great, the issue of our complete front yard being dug up with a giant hole remained). It took over 2 weeks for me to speak to someone who was actually able to do something even though I stressed the urgency of the situation with each call. When the city inspector was finally called (they came out the next day I should add) the inspector was great but he was even surprised that there was no contractor there to meet him at the site and he informed me that the previous contractors did not cover the hole properly leaving it a major safety issue. It’s been 2 months and this order / issue is still not resolved. I thought we were hiring a professional company but it turns out we were wrong. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have been a plan member for several years, and on September 15, I booked my annual maintenance for my tankless combi-boiler (heat and hot water) for October 27, 2025, between 12 and 4 pm. The technician never showed, so I called, and they said something came up and rebooked me for a month later, on November 25, 2025, between 12 and 4 pm.AGAIN, the technician never showed up. I called after 4 pm, and they said he would be here within the hour. At 5:33 pm, I got a text that he was on his way and would be 13 minutes, so about 5:46 pm (based on his location). He showed up at about 7:00 pm and finished by 7:45 pm. After he left, I tried to get my kids to shower, only to find the hot water wasn't working (he put everything back together and didn't test the hot water). I figured it out and opened the valve to let the hot water flow, but seriously?I cancelled my membership plan the next day. Never got a call or email from management apologizing or acknowledging anything. I don't usually post negative reviews, but I got a text reminder this morning to submit a Google review, so here it is.
Although I used them in the past this time the experience was not pleasant. It was obvious that the technician was interested in selling services more than trying to figure out the cause of the issue. He jumped into a conclusion that the drain is blocekd and that he needs to use a camera that he charged for to find no issues. Not finding any fault he blaimed the reason of the water in the basemet to the city overloading and did not look into further causes. The day he left the water came back again and I was able to trace it back to the AC. I called another company and they fixed it for me.Before writing this review I called them twice to explain my view on this ticket and they promised to get in touch with me and never didI will surely not use their servies again
I just had my furnace, AC and tankless water heater installed today by Atlas. Installation and service was EXCELLENT 5??. Special shout out to Adam M., Gazi, Austin, and Jaspaul for a TERRIFIC job. They started out by laying out a rubberized carpet to protect the floor from dirt and scratches. Shows a lot of respect for the homeowners. They started working around 9am and worked non-stop through the day until the job was completed. This meant no breaks and NO LUNCH. Even more amazing is all 4 of them showed no complaints, no attitude, and no signs of tiredness. Everyone was so friendly. Wondering the type of work they did? The picture shows everything. All wires and tubes were nestly strapped and lined up uniformly. After the work was done, they cleaned up as if nothing happened. The showed me the work done and gave a quick tutorial. Even if i had some questions, they were never in a rush to leave; keeping in mind they have not had lunch and this was like 5ish in the afternoon. This team is unbelievable. This type of customer service is getting rare in this age.
