We used Ringwood Heating to install a new Carrier AC unit two years ago. It was a flawless installation and what I liked best was that the company owner, Steve Ringwood is part of the crew.We had an issue with the AC unit this year and it was promptly remedied by Mike and Tyler, two excellent Ringwood technicians.We noticed that our 23-year-old furnace didn’t seem to be functioning properly this fall and had Steve Ringwood and Mike out to check it over. They determined it was time to replace the aged unit.They arrived five days later, and Mike and Tyler and Colin quickly removed the old Carrier furnace and replaced it with one of the new high efficiency Carrier units. They completed the installation in one morning and cleaned up and left the area spotless. The new unit heats up the house much quicker than the old unit.Office manager Linda Ringwood handled all the documentation to register the warranty with Carrier. Invoiced price was as estimated by Steve.I am so impressed with this company, they are reliable, have super friendly well-informed staff and take the time to explain what they are doing. Telephone inquiries are promptly returned, and a home visit follows.I would recommend them to anyone having HVAC issues and are looking for a good, dependable local family-run firm with over 25 years of experience in the Markham, Stouffville area.
