My experience with MS Services was extremely disappointing. Technician Andre took a week to arrive, even though the company offers faster appointments to customers who are not using a home warranty. During his first visit, he said he didn’t have the required equipment and would need to return to complete the necessary testing.I was told the second visit would be at no charge, yet after a week with no update, I followed up and was suddenly asked by Joy to pay $450. Even worse, this was later reported to AHS as a $720 charge—an amount that didn’t match anything previously communicated. The breakdown provided still didn’t explain the actual plan of repair, and neither Andre nor manager Poonam could clarify anything. No clear diagnosis was ever given.Derek was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone, adding to the overall poor experience.Another company identified and explained the issue the same day, which only highlighted MS Services’ aka Same day Air conditioning and heating’s lack of professionalism. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company.
Our home warranty company, First American Home Warranty, referred our heating claim to this company for handling and we couldn’t be more satisfied. They were highly responsive and their technician, Mohammad, fixed our furnace in under 15 minutes. He was very nice and obviously knew what he was doing Thanks, Mohammad!
I recently had Edward come over for some air conditioning maintenance and a tune-up, and I have to say he did a fantastic job. He was very attentive, clearly knows what he’s doing, and took the time to explain all the details of the issue to me. He's a really skilled technician and I’d definitely recommend him!
We use Same Day Air conditioning and heating through American home shield warranty services to repair air conditioning. The technician came out within the scheduled time. He was able to replace a faulty compressor within 30 minutes. There was no extra up charge they commonly hear from home warranty services. Very happy with the service.
Our home warranty referred to this service. Gabriel was the technician who came to our house and diagnosed the problem to be a faulty control board. He replaced it and recommended doing a tune up to save repairs down the road. Gabriel seemed to be very experienced and knowledgeable. Overall the service was great
