Even during the busy season, he was quick to respond and get me scheduled. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem right away, and had it fixed quickly and efficiently. We had M&R come to our home today to inspect our cooling system today given it was not cooling properly. Carlos, the technician performed the inspection and clearly communicated his findings and explained our options going forward. we received estimates for each option, and we were extremely pleased with the service we received,
?????????? M&R first came out on a Sunday when no one else would. The Tech Matt made every effort to try and get the old unit working. He was completely transparent in not wanting to charge me for what won’t change the outcome and just waste money. I appreciate that!! Got a quote for a new unit and the price was by far better than any previous quotes. The owner Matthew communicated directly with us through the entire process. He also went the extra mile to make us as comfortable as possible while we had to wait.4/23/25 UpdateHad Blake from M&R come out to service our unit. He went above and beyond answering all my questions assuring me everything is in good shape for the summer. I truly appreciate everyone at M&R for their customer service, honesty and fair pricing.

Matthew was recommended by my friends and promptly came over, even on his day off, when our AC was affected by a short circuit during a storm on a Sunday morning in August. He quickly diagnosed the issue causing a floor leak as well.Additionally, he kindly adjusted our noisy AC unit to reduce the sound. While our units may need replacement in the future, we now have peace of mind knowing that Matthew is the person to contact.
UPDATE - He didn’t register the unit so the compressor wasn’t covered under the 5 year warranty. Trying to get this guy to cover his mistake is a waste of time. Don’t do business with this crook.I am only writing this because I'm disappointed in Matt. I bought 2 condensers for my walk-in cooler in July 2020 and the compressor failed on one unit on July 2024. It has a 5 year warranty so I called and talked to Stephanie I believe and explained the situation. Now she was pleasant and tried to looked for the warranty registration. After 2 days I finally asked if he had looked into the matter and she stated he told her any company can handle the warranty and that they were overbooked. That they wouldn't be able to come out and service the machines.Pretty sad when someone spends 18.5k with a company and they don't have the common decency to even take a look. I guess my money or business isn't good enough for them.Just be aware if you need warranty work from this company they will probably ghost you. They just want that up front money to put new units in and don't want to deal with tedious warranty work.
