Just tonight, I mistakenly told him there was only one AC unit to service in Maricopa when there were actually two. In short, Don has always been there for us no matter what. Our Compressor was shot and needed replacing. His crews were all tied up on other jobs. It was Friday on Memorial Day weekend, and Don (the owner) came out and climbed up on the roof and did the repair himself with one of his helpers. If not for him, we'd have been without AC until Tuesday after the holiday. I really don't know a more reliable person!
