Richie with Qual-Tech did a wonderful job getting our heating unit back up and running. His communication from start to finish was outstanding. He let us know when he was on his way and even gave updated ETAs. When he arrived he listened intently to the the details of the issue with our heater. He was able to quickly identify the problem and fix the issue. He explained what the problem was and how he resolved it. He was very respectful, friendly and professional!
