Gave me recommendations on usage going forward. He was very personable, I felt he really cared. He was efficient & left all areas clean. Quote was honored as presented. No upselling. Everything was upfront. Follow up call was received within 1/2 hour of completion. This is the best service I have ever had in 40 years from a plumbing company.
