This is a great local company! From the initial customer service call, to diagnosis, to the purchase and installation of our new system, they've been a pleasure. We had lots of questions, sometimes repeating concerns for clarification and every staff (Alex was our comfort care professional) was very helpful, respectful and courteous.The installation was scheduled timely, the technicians (Daniel and Matthew) were on time and it all went seamlessly. They were knowledgeable and friendly.The new unit is amazing. I can't believe how loud and inefficient our old hvac unit was; we just got used to it. Although it was only 13 years old, it wasn't a quality hvac unit so we're kind of lucky it lasted as long as it did.Its intimidating making an expensive purchase but I'm so relieved we went with Shamrock. We took our time, got quotes and did some research (learning from past mistakes). It was low pressure, excellent customer service and competitive pricing. We will be using them moving forward. I recommend giving them a call.Tip: Get a new unit installed ASAP for best pricing before the heat hits.

I decided to have Shamrock replace my 15 year old unit. Sean came out and explained my options (with no pressure towards more costly systems at all). The crew that installed my unit was very efficient and obviously knew what they were doing. Sean came out and checked the whole installation and then, both Matt and Daniel came and fine tuned everthing until they were sure it was just right. I have had units installed before but never had a company that paid so much attention to detail. Thanks, Shamrock!
