Found an online deal for an A/C tune up and was able to get a same day appointment. I should have asked what time frame the tech would arrive and how long it would take though. The appointment ran longer than I thought it would and I had to change plans.Erich was friendly and knowledgeable. He called when he was on his way and provided an ETA. I also got an automated text and email for safety. He was very thorough with the tune up, provided before and after photos, and recommendations on how to keep my unit in the best condition.I do wish when I said I was in a hurry and had to leave as he was wrapping up his report that we could’ve skipped past some of the details, but I understand it wasn’t his fault I didn’t clarify how long the appointment would take.I left to do what I needed to do and when I came back 30 minutes later, he was still sitting outside my house, which was weird.
Behzed Ranjbar with Air Comfort Solutions arrived within a couple hours of my call (after normal work hours) regarding an issue with my home HVAC system. Mr. Ranjbar was able to trouble shoot my issue and confirmed to my satisfaction, and great relief, that there was no problem requiring repair. The Air Comfort Solution's representative was curtious, professional and very knowledge of my HVAC equipment. He took his time to explain to me that the RED FLASH LIGHT I was seeing on the furnace Automatic Ignition control board was normal operation and what it meant. I learned a lot from him about that flashing red light and other components of my HVAC system that I did not know. I thank him for the education and paid the $89 service call fee happily.
I had experienced a horrible burning plastic smell and freaked out. Called air comfort solutions first thing in the AM and they got me scheduled for that same day!Sean Hirsch came out first and looked over my AC unit and found the problem almost immediately. He made sure to thoroughly explain what was going on and what my options were moving forward. He did a fantastic job! Super kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.Zach Wizard came out to check my electrical and also, did a thorough job of making sure he didn’t miss anything of concern.Mark Davis came out to handle the back end and give me some possible avenues to try to remedy the situation and added a lot of insight on the situation along with Sean.These guys are awesome and if I could give them all 10 stars I would!
AMAZING COMPANY.! I signed up for their yearly program for maintenance / . My technician Brian, was very professional very thorough . While inspecting my furnace he discovered a major problem that was going to be more than a maintenance/tune up. He didn't pressure or try to upsell me he was very honest and transparent.Bryan an his team went above an beyond to make sure I was safe and comfortable in my home again! Thank you so much you are awesome! I would recommend to anyone who needs service that is dependable honest and transparent very important in a company.
This is the kinda employees you have? This evening one of them parked next to me and was close to my car. While opening the door he clearly was hitting my side mirror I looked at him and he didn't say anything but I waited to see if there was a scratch. He looked at me and said " are we okay" I said, I don't know, we all see. And he said again "well I am close to your car" and I said yes I see. The he just looked at me and said "well welcome to America"Really? What does that have to do with anything. I didn't care that he touch my car, be glad I didn't not make a big deal, any body else would have but I didn't. What I didn't appreciate was his racist comment. As if he was not an immigrant too! Sad that these are the kind of employees you guys have!
