Called J&J on Friday for appt. Had my heat up and running by Tuesday. I was informed of everything that was happening, all costs that would be included. Very responsive, professional, and courteous. I will definitely call them again!
Our techs did a great job installing our new Nest and found my hubby had left the wrapper on the new filter he installed. Informed us of PSO help to inspect and clean our compressors, etc. Very friendly and very helpful. Knew what they were doing. Have put J/J in my contacts to next year.
