Outstanding service today! Nate was extremely thorough during his inspection of our electrical system and took the time to clearly answer every question we had. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who is both so skilled and so willing to make sure the customer fully understands everything. Thayvein and Austin did a great job. Clean and professional. Third time using Quality and have been very satisfied with all their work. They have done both residential and business for me and since it never fails that something goes wrong on weekends they have been there. I know they are very fair priced as I have used others in the past. Give them a call!!
I was disappointed with this experience. This was my first time using this company, as I was giving them a try, and unfortunately it did not go well. The technician placed company stickers on my HVAC equipment at my rental property without my permission. Additionally, while they were there for routine cleaning and maintenance, my tenant was told the system is old and needs to be replaced and was presented with a very high replacement estimate. I did not request a replacement quote, and the unit is functioning properly.Because of this experience, I will not be using them again. It’s frustrating to still see the stickers each time I access the attic or mechanical area. Please do not place marketing stickers on customers’ equipment without consent.
Simply said, FANTASTIC! We were scheduled for routine maintenance for Hvac and plumbing according to our service plan. Chris came out for Hvac and was great explaining everything. We purchased a "Scrubber" for medical reasons and actually for the cleanest environment our house has ever had and are so happy with the results! Michael was here for the Plumbing aspect and again was the BEST! We are extremely happy with the job and personel and recommend "QUALITY" for everyone!
