We cannot write enough good comments about Coy Dodd Air Conditioning Inc and the service we have received. We have used 3 other Local Heating & Cooling Companies over the years and will only do business with Coy Dodd Air Conditioning Inc from now on. Starting with Brittany in the Office to Eric and Alexus who came out to solve our problem, everyone has been so friendly and professional. We have not received this level of honest to goodness good old fashioned service anywhere else. Eric confirmed we had a leak in our Coil on our 3 ½ ton heat pump unit. Within 10 minutes he had a new coil ordered and on its way, still under warranty. The day they came back to install the coil, Eric and Alexus were both quick, efficient and completed the service in record time. Coy Dodd Air Conditioning Inc is more than fair on their prices too. No comparison to the other Companies we used who charged considerably more. We will recommend Coy Dodd Air Conditioning Inc to everyone we know.

I've been using Coy Dodd for a few years and am always very pleased with their work! I was especially thankful for Steve and his expert opinions and honesty recently! I wasn't sure what was going on, but he helped me determine that the problem was not A/C related!! He also prepared my system for fall, so all is well!

Coy Dodd Air Conditioning came to my Townhome because we were sweltering with an air conditioner that went out. They were quickly here and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The part they needed had to wait a couple of days in order, so they charged my unit to make sure my FAMILY would stay cool until the repair could happen. On Friday our technicians showed up prompt and on time. The technicians were Eric and Raul. They immediately crawled up in our boiling hot attic and went to work. In no time they replaced and repaired the bad coil. Both were well dressed, well spoken and incredibly professional. They were affable, friendly and it felt like talking to old friends. While they were purging and charging the outside compressor, we laughed and talked about our common interest. Both Eric and Raul are clearly the top of the line when it comes to professionalism and their abilities to socially interact with customers. I will NEVER use any other company to work on my HVAC. Raul and Eric proved to me that great customer service and impeccable craftsmanship still coexist. Thank you Coy Dodd. A massive Bravo Zulu to both Raul and Eric and it’s well deserved.

Recently, our home flooded from a burst water pipe (yeah, I know, in the middle of the summer), causing nearly $20,000 in damage to our downstairs area. The other day, after our contractors had left for the day, we came home to a hot house where our downstairs thermostat did not have power. After doing the "little things" that I know to do (i.e., check for the blown breaker, water in the drain pain, flush out the drain, and check the safety switch)...I knew it was time to give the company I have used for over 35+ years to handle all of my HVAC issues - Coy Dodd! From Brittany (who called to schedule the appointment - even though it was a Saturday), to "Angel," who came out to do the repairs (which he has been to our home before!), I cannot say enough about the service, honesty, and quick repair that we always get from Coy Dodd A/C!
