We had such an excellent experience with Breon from start to (almost) finish. He came to our house last week due to a series of electrical issues we were having to give us a quote. He immediately made us feel comfortable and well cared for. As a homeowner, it’s easy to feel taken advantage of when it comes to home maintenance. I do not think Breon or this company is even capable of that. We were given a comprehensive and easy to follow quote for the work that Breon recommended.Our work was completed today by Breon and Ryan. They were very courteous, respectful, and understanding (we have a dog who can be difficult). They never once made any judgement and trusted us, which made for a seamless day. We have one outstanding problem that we noticed after they left today, and Breon will be coming by tomorrow to check it out.Breon’s hard work and approachable demeanor are what create the above and beyond experience that every company should strive for. We can’t recommend this company enough.
Jamie Swanson was our HVAC technician today, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. He came out to troubleshoot an issue with our system after Kellam had previously completed a major installation, and we were still experiencing a few minor problems.From start to finish, Jamie was exceptional. He kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail truly stood out.I genuinely appreciate outstanding customer service, and Jamie absolutely went above and beyond. He made sure the issue was addressed and that I felt confident in the solution before he left.In the future, whenever we need service from Kellam, I will be asking for Jamie by name — even if it means waiting longer for an appointment. Justin Deprimo is obviously professional HVAC technician and conducts himself in a professional manner. Justin knew everything he needed to do and understood the problem upon arrival - and gave me great confidence that he would resolve the issue. The issue was resolved. He understood and respected my concerns and questions. Justin resolved the heater issue that left us without heat for almost a week in this bad weather and low temperatures. This is the kind and type of employee any establishment who understands maintenance, understands reliability and trust, and anyone who values repeat customers and overall brand respect and loyalty. Based on my brief interaction I would hire Justin as an employee because of his professionalism. Kellam is fortunate to have a dedicated employee like Justin.
