We have used this company for over 5 years. They always offer prompt courteous service in a timely manner. The technicians are great.
The technician came and diagnoised the issue. He billed for 90 minutes and was paid. The original visit, phone call the morning of the 2nd visit and a face to face conversation prior to the installation all included clearly stating it would take less than one hour. After the part arrived, he came to install it. He was here less time yet billed me for 120 minutes. Upon asking for clarity, he stated that he bills for driving time. This was not the case for the original visit nor was it stated on the invoice. The technician then went to his vehicle and added verbiage (see photos of original vs edited invoice sent today). I went upstairs to look at the new board and was in shock with how wires were all over the place and the boards cover was not put on (see photos). What begin as a very pleasant experience ended with incredible disappointment in the inconsistency, lack of transparency and the state the wires were left.
Superior customer service and exceptional fieldwork, highly knowledgeable and I trust these people. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone with all of your heating and cooling rather gas or electric , these guys rock!
Had to come out 3 times to get heat and air working which means i paid 2 trip chargrs. One for 120 and one for 135. I do not feel this is fair as unit should have been fixed correctly the first time and not my fault it took 3 times to solve problem.
