P&E were incredibly helpful when we had issues with a coil leaking. Our warranty was somehow registered in LA, so Lennox didn’t want to honor it, but the team at P&E- Nate specifically- went above and beyond to figure it out and fix it for us. I am a repeat customer of P&E. They took care of us when we lived in Waco and now that we've moved out to the country, they are the only company we use.My AC went down yesterday morning (9/16) and they had Ronnie out within a couple of hours. Ronnie found a leak and repaired it. It took quite a lot of refrigerant to get my system up to spec. Ronnie did an amazing job taking care of us, fixing the issue and following up to ensure we were good.

Ronnie, the project manager was knowledgeable, willing to help in any way he can, and has even popped by on the spot several times over the last year helping with little things that were covered under warranty.
