As a return customer I complained about the way the filter for my unit was in a kit that David said they had to buy. The kit has a part in it that my unit does not use and checking online that part costs $110. David said they don't buy online because they may buy the wrong part. He suggested I get someone else to fix my unit since I complained about them selling me a kit with a $110 part in it that I can't use. I am 81 years old and as a repeat customer (many years) I would recommend that any senior citizen use someone else before they are also dropped or sold parts that are not in thier unit.
The technicians were on time and courteous. They were efficient in checking my heating units including changing the filters. After sharing information about safety things that could be added to my units, they cleaned the outside air conditioners. I have used Polaski’s for the 5 years that I have owned my home and have always been very satisfied with the service I have received.
