Amazing experience. I had an emergency with my heat on one of the coldest weeks of Winter. I have two littles and was very nervous as there was a snow storm headed our way. My lanlord called many other companies who were all busy. A good friend of mine recommended R E Coogan, So I suggested she call them. Later that evening, Bobby was here to check things out for us. He moved some things around for us to ensure we had working heat before the storm. Bobby was the most personable and genuine person I’ve ever met. Highly recommend!!

R.E. Coogan Heating is hands down the best! I experienced a lockout with my furnace, and they came to our rescue, getting us back up and running with heat and hot water. When we lost heat and discovered the unit was locked out, I called multiple emergency companies, not expecting anyone to answer on the first ring. To my surprise, it was not an answering service. They put us at ease, and once they serviced the unit, we received a few follow-up calls to ensure we still had heat and that there were no issues after they left.

I will definitely be using their services in the future, as this was the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing and HVAC company, or any service company in general. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I can’t say enough about RE Coogan! Over the weekend, I lost my heat. I called several companies that advertise 24/7 Service. I either didn’t get a call back or I was told they don’t work on Saturday! Bob Coogan personally called me back. Although he was with his family, he took the time to call me and tried to help me solve the problem. When that didn’t work, he came to the house and restored heat. After restoring the heat, he checked the entire system to make sure that it was operating properly and I would have no further problems. On a going forward basis, I will sign a contract with this company, and I feel confident that no matter when I call they will respond. This is what you want in a heating contractor reliable service.

I had Coogan replace my hot water tank on their second visit. Once again prompt and efficient. They carefully protected my floors and finished in a relatively short time. Service technicians are polite and courteous. The price is reasonable. Once again highly recommended

No one responded back to me for an emergency call the owner of RE Coogan responded back to me. 15 minutes later he was very nice he was concerned you can tell he really cares about his customers. (The owner )He came to fix the issues with my boiler did a great job was extremely friendly knowledgeable and Great price. I would highly recommend him. You can’t go wrong with him. You need to forget the rest cause he’s the best. He’s an asset to his profession. You won't be sorry. I will be using him going forward and recommending him to all he’s restored my faith in people

I had an emergency on a Saturday evening that left my home without running water. I contacted R E Coogan and was promptly serviced on Sunday. Bobby was polite, professional, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Made sure the inside was resolved and water was working again. Even called later in the day to make sure everything was satisfactory. Best of all I didn’t need to take any time out of work and was able to resolve in off hours. I will only use this service going forward for my plumbing needs.
