I had an issue with my furnace on a Saturday at -10F. I called to setup a service call. The tech walked me through a few trouble shooting steps. He suggested a simple (for me anyway) repair and sure enough it was the problem. Can't thank "Prompt Heating & Air Conditioning LLC" enough. They are now my goto for any HVAC work.PSTo finish the review under the section "How much did you pay?" I had to check $1-$100 but it was free.
If you need a Goodman furnace repaired, Ty is your man. I should know… I have 15 years experience as an engineer for HVAC service contractors. I’ve been dealing with an intermittent loss of flame for over a year. A different company was no help. Ty came quickly, communicated along the way, easily got it running, but wasn’t satisfied. With years of experience, he didn’t like the drain flow, so he kept going. He adjusted the pitch on the furnace, improved the draining and it’s been rock solid since then. And the cost was reasonable. Don’t waste your time reading more reviews… you can trust these guys!
OK, this is a long one??In the middle of Christmas, our heat went out,We had contacted a different heating company, and they said they could come out and fix it in a few days, but then they kept pushing it back, Out of desperation, I called some other places, but they either didn’t get back to me or got back to me, but couldn’t accommodate us In a timely fashion, When I talked with Ty at Prompt H&C,He understood what a drag. It was to have no heat during Christmas! He said he could get out the next day and get us up and running!I called back the other place and told them that I had someone else, but they had ordered a part for me and said that they could come out right away,(now that I had found someone else??)So I called back Ty and Spanked him,,and said I would keep his number, but I was going to honor the deal I had made with the original company since they had orderd the part needed,That company came out that day and got my heat going unfortunately, it made this loud rumbling sound! That’s when I re-contacted Ty at Promp Heating and cooling, He came out and took a look and was able to fix the furnace, The part had been installed in properly, He was able to explain to me what they had done wrong and Had done To repair it, , We knew that the furnace was on its last legs,prior to that Christmas, But it ran like a top for the rest of the winter.At the end of this last summer, we got a few quotes on furnaces, I wanted to buy through Promp Heating and cooling anyway, But getting a few quotes was important, Luckily, his quote was the lowest! Also, he was able to explain several different options and we discussed which one would work best for us!So we set up a date and had them come and install our new furnace. They took away the old one and everything was professionally installed, and they did not leave a mess.!Ty and his son were friendly, professional and skilled! Our furnace is great, It’s quiet and efficient!I would highly recommend Ty and company at prompt heating and cooling !??????????
My experience with Prompt heating was incredible. The technician knew the problem right away and fixed it. This is my third time using their service and I can't wait to tell more people about Prompt heating and cooling.I have also had them install a new air conditioner and the work was done efficiently, detail oriented, and at a great price.I will never use another company!
I contacted Ty from Prompt Heating and Cooling and got a very quick response. He was able to make time to repair my furnace issue within hours and was happy to explain, based on my trouble shooting with a family member, what the potential cost would be and if he had the part in stock. This provided me with so much relief and I appreciated him going the extra mile as I called numerous other companies who weren't willing to do this for me. He took the time to communicate before, during, and after the repair to educate me on maintenance and other concerns I had. I was highly impressed with the communication and service provided and would 10/10 recommend!!!
