Bryan was wonderful. He was totally knowledgeable about what was happening with our furnace. He explained everything to us clearly, very professional. Bryan has a good customer service personality which is always appreciated. I definitely would recommend him to anyone. Oh, yes, he did fix our furnace & gave us recommendations for future maintenance. :)

We had a great experience with Quality Heating when they came out to fix our heater. From the initial call to the completed repair, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Skye arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and walked us through the repair options without any pressure.The repair was completed quickly, and he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Incredible company! We’ve used Quality for our heating service for a few years now but we just recently used their wonderful plumbing team to replace our water heater. Curtis L came out same day and replaced the water heater on one of the coldest days of the year. Super professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Incredibly grateful for this company.
