After our boiler completely failed due to frozen pipes, we were left in a very stressful situation, facing the cold winter without heat. They came out quickly to inspect the issue, clearly explained what happened, and guided us through the replacement process with honesty and patience.

The installation was done efficiently, and the pricing was fair and reasonable. Most importantly, they restored warmth to our building during one of the coldest times of the year.

If you’re looking for a reliable, responsive, and trustworthy heating company, I highly recommend them. We truly appreciate their help in turning a very difficult situation into a warm and safe winter again.

Valley Air Conditioning & Heating just installed a brand-new boiler in our home, and I truly cannot say enough good things about this company or their incredible team — Ryan, Dillon, and Tyler were the utmost professionals.

They were on time, respectful, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. From the moment they arrived, they treated our home with care — laying down protective cloths to keep our floors clean, and working quickly and neatly throughout the entire installation.

What truly set them apart was their kindness and thoughtfulness. At one point, they even helped carry my groceries into the house without being asked. That level of courtesy is rare and speaks volumes about their character.

The installation itself was seamless. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and finished on time. No mess, no stress — just outstanding workmanship and professionalism.

Ryan, Dillon, and Tyler were polite, respectful, and a pleasure to have in our home. Valley Air Conditioning & Heating clearly sets a high standard, and their team exceeds it.

The team quickly switched gears to replace our furnace on one of the coldest days of the year. We couldn't be more grateful for the valley air team in how they handled everything for us. The crew who installed or remarkably professional. Based upon my research, the price they charged was a very reasonable for the unit they installed, and particularly relative, to what other places were charging from lesser furnaces. What more could you ask for?

In my time here in Simsbury, I’d always perceived Valley air conditioning and heating as a large contractor who would not be very customer friendly. Instead, they acted like they were a little guy trying to do anything to to make the customer happy. A lost approach these days. I would use them again in an instant.
