I have been a Fenix customer for almost 3 years. I take advantage of the bronze plan service agreement. It is a good feeling to know that I have the preventive maintenance to keep my system up and running efficiently. I had my fall service done today by Maddix. He is very polite and promptly began servicing my system. He found where the mini split was draining to make sure it was unclogged. He also explained my humidifier to me and how it works. I forgot that I even had a humidifier. Thanks Maddix! I believe he is and will be a great asset to Fenix!
We’ve been long time customers with Fenix using their maintenance package. We have never been disappointed with Fenix. Everyone from the office personnel to the field techs are courteous and professional. Our recent fall service with Maddix was yet another pleasant experience. He introduced himself and immediately got to work. When he was finished, he told us what he found and the work that was done. As he was leaving he wished us well. Maddix was very polite, well mannered, and is a great asset to Fenix.
Just had my checkup for the furnace & the mini-split. Nathan from Fenix called to ask if he could come early, arrived 20 mins or so later. Very thorough with both checkups. He asked about having filters, since our system requires a larger size, which we keep a few close to the furnace downstairs. When he was finished I asked if he replaced the filter, he said it wasn't dirty, didn't need to be replaced. I can appreciate that since those are $40 a piece.
