Winnipeg Supply Service Experts

Donald and Brent were fantastic. Kind, professional, thorough and confident in their knowledge and experience. Enercare (Winnipeg Supply) were recommended to me by my brother who has been beyond satisfied with their service and maintenance for over 25 years and now I will recommend Enercare to everyone I know. From the phone call to their office this morning, through the visit, technical work and sales, perfect customer service and care. Thank you all very much.

They are the experts !! They responded the same day and immediately put my worries and stress at ease. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable business, this is the one to choose. I will absolutely be a lifelong customer for any services I need. I could have easily been out a lot of money if I had gone with another company, but they were upfront and trustworthy. I had my hot water tank installed the very next day. Highly recommend!

Both John, who sold us the hot water unit and Donny who installed It were excellent to work with. John explained everything well and answered all our questions. Donny got the unit in quickly and without issues. Having people who take their job seriously and do it to such a high standard, with the customer in mind, is invaluable. Thank you both.

Called for a second opinion. Office was able to book a technician to come out the same week. They offered a 2 hour window which is great. Donny called to let us know he was on his way. He was super knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to explain in laymen terms what was going on with our furnace so we fully understood/felt informed. He went above and beyond to identify areas that needed attention that another company missed. He was also attentive to our safety (CO testing). We needed a new water tank and he was able to have Perry come out same day. You could tell Perry has a lot of experience under his belt— he was very personable and knowledgeable. Discussed my options and provided strong professional recommendations. Im having my new rental tank installed next Monday! A bonus is that they both brought shoe covers and I didn’t have to ask to remove shoes. After they left I felt happy and satisfied with the appointment results. Would 100% recommend to others. Thanks Donny and Perry!

Winnipeg Supply Service Experts replaced both, our furnace as well as our a/c. The technician team arrived on time, covered everything proper, replaced the units (Furnace and A/C manufacturer Carrier), test run the units, cleaned up and explained the new furnace and a/c in a professional way! The entire job was done within 5 hours! Everything is working as it is supposed to be! I can highly recommend Winnipeg Supply Service Experts! In addition they offered a maintenance service and we are more than happy for that.
