Called for a second opinion. Office was able to book a technician to come out the same week. They offered a 2 hour window which is great. Donny called to let us know he was on his way. He was super knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to explain in laymen terms what was going on with our furnace so we fully understood/felt informed. He went above and beyond to identify areas that needed attention that another company missed. He was also attentive to our safety (CO testing). We needed a new water tank and he was able to have Perry come out same day. You could tell Perry has a lot of experience under his belt— he was very personable and knowledgeable. Discussed my options and provided strong professional recommendations. Im having my new rental tank installed next Monday! A bonus is that they both brought shoe covers and I didn’t have to ask to remove shoes. After they left I felt happy and satisfied with the appointment results. Would 100% recommend to others. The technician team arrived on time, covered everything proper, replaced the units (Furnace and A/C manufacturer Carrier), test run the units, cleaned up and explained the new furnace and a/c in a professional way!The entire job was done within 5 hours!
