Rycor installed minisplits at our place in early October. Steven and his crew are top-notch. They were very thorough and gave guidance on where the indoor handlers should go. The process was very smooth, and the whole crew including the electrician are very professional. After installation, Rycor was very helpful at answering my questions.
We just had Rycor install a mini split system. I have to say that this company is by far the best company I have ever done business with. Their customer service is terrific and the whole process was seamlessly done. From the initial visit from Rob and Mary in the office, everything was coordinated and planned from the beginning to the final installation. Nathan, Austin and Edwin were tremendous to deal with. They arrived on time and made sure that I was happy where the units would be placed. They checked and rechecked and asked for my opinion every step of the way. When the job was finished, you would never know anyone was here. They cleaned up everything. These guys were so pleasant and they knew their job inside and out. I would recommend them to anyone. I have to say that this company is top notch and their customer service can't be beat. Two days later I had a question about the remote. I called Mary and she said Aiden would call me back and ten minutes later Aiden gave me the answers I needed. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs this work to be done.
Steven and his team installed 8 total heating and cooling units. The team was professional, courteous and efficient as the entire process was completed in a single morning. The work was done incredibly well and not a trace was left over that anyone had even been in the house once they had finished. Would gladly work with this company again.
