I tried to share a video but wouldn’t let me. Hard to see the total transformation in pics but, suffice it to say that Natural Scapes totally transformed our very difficult sloped landscape. We used another co in the past - they planted and left! Natural Scapes was there every step of the way. From beginning to end, we experienced a team that cared about giving their best efforts and adding thoughtful and experienced suggestions to our landscape installation. From design to installation to follow-up support, we could not have been more impressed.The busiest and best restaurant in town typically requires reservations. That makes sense. Scheduling with this group requires similar planning, but I can promise you -Well worth the wait! Natural Scapes checks all of the boxes. After Hurricane Helene, I had the great fortune of meeting Dave, Ben, George, Ryan, Andrew, Fred (and a few others but still important) and they immediately gave me such attention, clear communication, and a plan to remove the giant yellow pines that had fallen on my deck/porch roof during the storm. Their commitment to getting the work done, despite having lost most of their large equipment, was incredible. They showed that dedicated people with big hearts would do great work, have fair pricing, and always made me feel cared for during the earliest days when things were so very hard post Helene in Asheville.Under Dave's leadership, each tree was studied, strategically cut, and removed without causing additional damage to my home. They were friendly, effective communicators, and reassuring partners for over a week plus as things were taken down.Ben arrived, after being rescued from his own Helene tragedy, and was dedicated to getting me all of the paperwork I needed to handle my reconciliation and billings. Rodrigo was also very helpful in sending things to me in a timely manner.I could not recommend this team more for your next project and knowing how they came out and worked so hard (when they had been thru so much too) during a crisis, I can only imagine how they can do great work during a time of peace and order.
