During the big snowfalls when it all comes at once I know his crew will be by multiple times to clear the snow (it may not look like it as there’s SO much snow but they’ve already been around and I know and can rely on them to be back)! Office staff are professional and always pleasant! I even get messages as to clearing times, etc. so it’s one less thing to worry about.
