Posting this on behalf of my friend because the owner of this company is beyond unprofessional and dishonest. He hit the back of her car with his snow plow and smashed her window. Not only did he cause the damage, but he then refused to provide any of his information or insurance like a responsible adult would.
Instead, he promised her he would “take care of it” and help pay for the damage — and then did what people with zero integrity do: ghosted her, blocked her calls, and disappeared.
This wasn’t an accident followed by accountability — it was an accident followed by cowardly behavior and total refusal to take responsibility. If this is how the owner handles something that’s clearly his fault, there is no chance this company is run in a trustworthy or reputable way.
Do not support this business. If he’ll treat someone like this after damaging their property, he’ll have no problem doing the same to customers when things go wrong.
